L - ‘Learn’
Codium provides a platform to all budding and aspiring developers to learn and achieve their goals. Learning is an important aspect of knowledge is impossible without a proper source of learning. Things are taught and understood by pooling all the resources in a way that proves to be beneficial for the people. Learning, here, does not only emphasis on technical knowledge but also required and important skill sets needed to survive in this competitive industry, like, presentation, communication, and other areas.
A practical approach is encouraged with all the hand on experiences and also by scoring the opportunity to create and manage live projects by small clusters or individuals.
I - ‘Invent & Innovate’
Learning without innovation is meaningless. So, here at Codium, we give everybody the freedom to invent new ideas, new projects, new activities, new initiatives and innovate things and work that bring them joy and also serves as a measure of their growth and development along with clubs’. For carrying out this, regular brainstorming sessions, workshops, talks and sessions serve as a booster.
F - ‘Fun’
“All coding and no fun make developers nerdy guys”. So, adhering to this, we have plenty of sessions planned which are not remotely related to coding but is all about having fun, forming bonds, learning in a playful manner, creating memories and giving life to be our teachers, for a change. Role plays, games, mimicry, stand-up comedy, ice-breaking sessions are some ways to introduce fun.

E - ‘Earn’
Earning is the essential component of being associated with an organization, group and not earning is not what all prefer. So here with the collaboration and strong network, people will get a chance to seek jobs and through the constant learning technique, they can keep their skills and coding in check. With the help of live projects, immense experience and all over development it provides with an opportunity to grow, earn and work either with a company or as a freelance developer. And if you are already earning it helps to provide the same to others by the medium of you!
